What does being a TCNJ Alumnus mean to you?

Being an alumnus of TCNJ gives me an immense amount of pride. Graduating from the Health and Exercise program not only provided me with the knowledge and skill set to be successful in my career, but it has set the bar for a high standard of achievement in everything I do. My experience at TCNJ has enabled me to work with some of the best Health and Physical Education teaching professionals in the area. Many of the relationships that I developed at the college have been some of the most supportive and fulfilling relationships in both my personal and professional lives. Without that experience, I would not have forged a relationship with one of my professional mentors, who continues to guide and motivate me to this day.

Being a part of the TCNJ Health and Exercise Science Alumni Board is an opportunity for me to give back to the students that are the future of the department and of education for health and physical education. I look forward to supporting and building the community that is HES Alumni.
